Walkthrough video and strategy for Angry Birds Star Wars Facebook Tournament Level #5 (Day 5, released on March 15th) Week 13 which began on March 11th, 2013. Our strategy is to use Han to clear some of the wood on the first structure, on the right side of the cannon. Then use Luke to push that cannon to the right. With some luck, again, the cannons will clear the level for you. The score in the video below is 96,120.

I use the first bird in a high loop (as shown above) to shoot out the ice blocks under the front gun tower. It topples backwards and wrecks havoc with the gun if the gun tilts the right way. Ideally, nothing survives. Slightly over 95,000 points so far, but more damage to structures is possible..
I got 110,000 using your method. It takes a lot of patience to get the gun to land right but, it works well. Thanks!
Using this method, after a few really unlucky landings with the blaster, got a nice placement of it and it cleared out almost the entire level (except a few blocks on the left and one of the steel wheels) while I held onto the next bird. 114820. It doesn’t get much better than that.
That’s the exact method I used as well, unlike the video, I shot out the whole bottom of the front turret platform, then mayhem ensued.
After nice cannon landing 1st metal ball in top, one triangle top left, one small block in mid section and the two cannons. No power ups, 114k.
Unfortunately after two shots I only had two damaged cannons left. Would have been great if the 1st shot gave the same result.

Doing 1st (and only) shot just as video strat. exept for blaster aim: at far right edge of lowest glass block under gun, brings it down nicely, and the rest is luck ;)
Aim a tiny bit further to the left with that 1st bird and destroy the glass block. The laser will fall without having to launch a 2nd bird and destroy everything. I got 111,230 with 1 bird.

It took more then 5m of gun crawling around and cleaning debris, untill 1 hanging ball was left ;)

Yes! Aim that first shot a little more to the left than what is in the video and when you shoot out the glass blocks bottom left the canon will fall and most of the time take out everything for you. Pull back on the next bird and get as much damage as you can for more points. I got 113,390 one birding it! I’m sure with luck there are more points you could get!
