Walkthrough video and strategy for Angry Birds Star Wars Facebook Tournament Level #3 (Day 3, released on October 23rd, Week 45 which began on October 21st, 2013). Our non power-up strategy is to loft Han Solo so that he lands on top of the first suspended pig. Aim his blaster just before impact at the Emperor’s hologram. This should cause the floating structures to crash on the ground below. Use a second bird, if necessary, to clear any remaining pig. The score in the video below is 74,410.

1st bird, high arc to 1st floating pig, aiming for the hologram. Should take out all 3 floating platforms. 2nd bird, split so it takes out both lower glass platforms. No P/U’s. 70.6k……Only 2 stars, but out of crystals. Will have to re-visit!!
You can use a flat horizontal arc instead of a high arc to achieve the same first shot result as the vid. But try as I may I cannot get the far left pig to die; breaking the bottom glass pane is very difficult. Does anyone have any targeting suggestions?
At last got 74,170. After… some 80..100 tries. Most frustrating level. I guess, you must also get yellow bird to throw away by explosion in similar way as on video because I got some times second shot like on video but was still short hundred or more points. But targeting suggestion… I guess you aim at the top of triangle, and split at the moment you release bird. As I saw it the lower bird bounces from vertical stone block and then destroys ice. So its no reason to try to get it so low that it directly hits ice blocks.
First shot flat horizontal arc wait until first vehicle has risen almost to top, your goal is to try to crash into the top of the front end (causes collateral damage). Wait to fire until almost colliding; aim directly at hologram on right. Second shot line up directly with the tip of the glass triangle explode IMMEDIATELY upon launch. No PUs.
1-Birder no PUs: YB in horizontal arc aim for top right corner of SECOND structure. Wait to launch until first vehicle is at lowest point, aim blaster at top right silver triangle, towards bottom half. Fire immediately as soon as you can. Takes luck but flying debris can take out left side.
One of harder levels to 3* with no powerups ever… I remember having dificulties last time around with this level:)
I managed to get 73990.. LOL 10 points short of a 3* mark…
