Walkthrough video and strategy for Angry Birds Star Wars Facebook Tournament Level #1 (Day 1, released on February 24th, Week 63 which began on February 24th, 2014). Our strategy for this level is to send Leia towards the bottom of the lowest asteroid, and aim her tractor bean at the south pig. She should just skim the south side, slightly pushing it into the bubble pig. The score in the video below is 57,990.

1st bird up and around the upper part of planet, using the powers to pull the larger boulders into the 2 huts. Pink bird should continue around the planet, hitting the single hut, destroying the pig. 58k

LAST SW LEVEL 1:
As @terribletom strat posted above, but there is 2 variants: when launching the bird up to go clockwise, based on what you’ll pull-force, you could aim for the space between the 2 pig’s on “houses”… also can pull the low house/pig to crush it on the 2-pigs-zone… AND the obvious pulling the asteroids down.
I’ve used another aproach to get 89.8K 1-bird No-PUs:
– Launched bird to hit low hut or go counter-clockwise around planet, and pulling most distant big asteroid, that will hit the pig and land on the 2-pigs-zone…
or was?
– Launch right ahead for floating pig on asteroid field, pulling low house to hit 2-pigs… and pushing asteroids down.
Have some old strats/info for this level and get 1 new. Ask for it if u want it.
My bad… I mean 59K, no 89, BUT that was before test the new strat: 65K!!! Used TD only.
i want to complete all the stars before they end this.. please anyone help i just need 6 more all on the death star the biggest problem i have is the last stage because the walk thru has a diff order to the birds then i get my birds go luke – han-chewy-x-wings-obi the walk thru doesn’t preair me for this please anyone help me your my only hope
@penguinpaw , I have the same bird-order. and this is the way I remember to deal the level 40 (1-bird possicble but need LUCK, but 2 birds will work to get 80k+.
ASAP launch Luke hi-arc aiming for the left border of top-central floating platform, sabrering when are in the center of a “triangle” between the top platform and the 2 pie-fighters… MUST be ASAP because there is the only time to get the top fighters at hand to be killed for sure. MUST get down both fighters… then debris or Luke MUST get rid of the low 3rd fighter too and the big Moustache on the center and, if possible, the low-left pig. I’ve got 94k for this lvl through 1-birdie, when Luke landed over the right-most lower platform, blow TNT and flying debris hit the incoming fighter scorting Vader’s fighter hi above before entering the screen and its debris take out Vader and the incoming central platform whit 3 red lights as well. (that only appears if you destroyed the central platform where Moustache was in).
Normally you will have to deal with 1 fighter + Vader on upper half of screen and 1 fighter on the low part. You can launch Han many ways… my prefered one is launch him as fighters are incoming, and when get them aligned with the central platform or the lower right one… fire through vader+fighter hitting platform’ ricochetting hit low fighter and bring down a couple of platforms too.

Not sure if this mimics @tienshenlong‘s strat: 1 Bird no PU’s: Leia into bottom right asteroid, just barely grazing it on top left side. This will knock asteroid into “top” structure closest to the North of planet; just before she hits the asteroid, grab the steel blocks on the left side of the “bottom” structure; this will destroy bottom structure and the blocks will have just enough “oomph” to finish off the remaining middle structure and pigs. Works 3* every time; score depends on level of destruction.
Forgot to say that Leia bounces into astronaut pig, killing him.

I aimed Leia at the same asteroid but barely grazing bottom side. Just before grazing pulled upper asteroid. One that Leia grazed destroyed the pig and bounced back to the planet. The one Leia pulled fell to the planet and destroyed pig at the left-bottom side of planet. 59,340 and it was quite easily repeatable.
I used the first bird to pull the first hut and push the asteroids to the other huts, and won with 57,690 points. and this is the last weekly tournament before angry birds star wars closes, but thank you for the walkthrough because I really couldn’t get 3 stars without your help.

Hi @amslimfordy, since the last day to play ABFSW is on a Monday, do you know if they will have a new posting on that day? Perhaps a 1-day 6-episode tournament?
The announcement stated that the tournament will end on March 3rd (Monday)
This weeks tournament is the last one, and will be playable until Sunday evening.

going just under the astroid and clockwise around the planet like terrible tom said… the only tip i can add is to wait “extra long” and to put the aimer on the TINY asteroid…. this seems to guarantee you will snag both asteroids in the tractor beam and get maybe 100 extra points :)
