Angry Birds Space Pig Dipper Level 6-30 Walkthrough

Our strategy for Angry Birds Space Pig Dipper level 6-30 is to wait for the ship to near the top, then fire the red bird up into the bottom anchor, so as to push it into the atmosphere and on to the ship causing damage. Now fling the bomb bird up and around so he splits the ropes holding up the boulders. Timing is key, as you want the bomb bird and the boulders to land on the ship. This should be enough to cause it to sink, finishing off the level. The score in the video below is 48,090.

Wait until the submarine (or ship) gets above (or below) the nearest TNT, then fling Red into TNT.
Wait until the submarine (or ship) gets to the same position as above, then fling Bomb above (or below) the pile of meteors and detonate him so that the meteors land above the ship and finish the level.

I have virtually success every time by hitting an anchor first so it falls on the target vehicle… Then switching the other direction with the bomb bird to detonate and push 2 or 3 of the floating meteors also on top of the targeted vehicle. It also leaves the egg right in front of you.

Just 2-Birds.

1) Make sure you drop that first anchor on the front of the sub.

2) Use the Bomb Bird (let it self detonate) to cut the ropes on the boulders before the sub passes so that the boulders drop down and set off the TNT just as the sub is passing overhead.

A few things to note:
1. The first shot is pretty simple once you get used to it. I waited approximately 4 seconds right after the level started before launching the bird at the anchors.

2. The trick to this strategy though is the second shot. You need almost exact timing to get Bomb through the ropes, getting him to damage the sub and let boulders fall on it. A few trials would eventually get you by, I found it easy to wait until the sub passes under the ice-steroids, then launch the Black bird near the edge of the gravitational force.

Second bird – Sams – shoot above anchors and knock both into sub.

For my 65K the shot was a little late and the tail of the anchor detonated the top tnt. This shot the boulder over the lip abd dislodged the east tnt which bobs to top od water. Then just let the sub circle till it hits the floating tnt and sank.

Thanks @flythebird for the great strat!!! And to @burbman for adding your great tips ;-) Great idea to let the sub go around a few extra times to get the extra “debris” points for the floating ice balls. Also it’s definately better to get a piece of the anchors to ignite the tnt so that the boulder cuts the chain of the other one, releasing it to float to the water’s edge. The sub will run into to it but it doesn’t always kill him off. However it’s worth trying because I’ve had the anchors directly kill the sub but the scores were much lower. Now I just need to get one of those ice balls to hit the piece of wood hlding up those right boulders…of course the one time I did, the tnt floating tnt didn’t kill the sub, lol ;-)

This was sure an addicting level to keep playing for higher scores. The whole episode was awesome. Thanks again to everyone for sharing some great tips along the way ;-)))

@flythebird method is superb. Iceteroids gives from 6-8K to over 11K. Anchors – with late shoot AND without cut the chains AND with make free 2 of TNT’s gives great scores. For now I have no idea how to brake 70K+ border.

Don’t understand why, but if you shoot your 1st shot to release the boulders quickly after reset (before sub comes into view), you tend to get higher scores with the ice balls. Not individually, but collectively. I normally have one boulder hit the front of the sub and get scores in the 17-18k range.

2nd shot is where your big points come into play. The easy explanation is to say shoot above the anchors, pushing them into the sub and voila, high score. The problem with this is that the sub needs five major hits to be sunk. They are indicated by a small holes in the midsection, periscope disappears, big hole in front of sub, and large hole in aft of sub. The fifth hit sinks the sub. How you approach the anchor shot is dependant on how many hits you have left. You want the sub to have four hits after the anchor shot so that the TNT you released with one of the anchors will sink the sub into all the boulders you dropped earlier. This shot is dependant on if the sub is high or low in the water as well as his location. Where you shoot the anchors is also critical. How to approach this shot is too complicated for a single strategy. You must play with it until you find your sweet spots. Scores above 24k are possible.

Hopefully this gives you enough info to achieve a higher score. I think scores into the 80k range are possible. Good luck.

There is at least one way to get more points with the first shot, by having Red bounce from an ice-roid to the planck NE of them. The planck will be damaged but will not break, however, it may happen that the icy debris of the bigger ice-roids hit again once or twice the planck, destroying it. Then, the rocks will fall down for a few extra k’s. I did not spend much time on the level, but I got this to happen once after maybe 40 tries. Then, I let the submarine destroy all the ice and I had 15.5k. Owing the fact that none of the big boulders were destroyed after the fall, nor any starfish hanging around the ice-roids, I think that 17k instead of the usual 13k is possible. If one resets as long as Red has not hit the wooden planck after the first shot, one may possibly have this to happen within a short amount of time.

Note that the rockfall is triggered by the fact that the submarine is around as it broke larger ice-roids, so that rocks may actually fall on it. This is actually what almost happened to me. Should it have been the case, I believe that a one birder would have been possible, although for a uninteresting total.

Top score proof:

https://www.angrybirdsnest.com/members/sglouk/album/picture/19158/

I found a sweet spot that destroys quite repeatably the “fence” holding the boulders on the right of planet. It is possible to time the release of Red so that some (or all) of these released boulders hit sub. If all boulders hit sub (a really hard shot because of very narrow timing window), then you can get a one-birder, but with a fairly unsatisfactory total (64-65k).

The most satisfactory configuration is, IMHO, when the first three boulders fall into water and the last one hits the sub. The critical part of the story has to do with the first three apparently wasted boulders: when they fall appropriately one above each others, they may, on a good day, collectively roll counterclockwise and cut the rope holding underwater east TNT. On a very good day, there is a medium sized iceball that docks besides the now floating TNT, and after one or two orbits, the submarine hits simultaneously the iceball and TNT. On a very, very good day, the smaller iceballs resulting from these collisions cut the rope of hanging TNT, which now floats, gently waiting to be hit by sub. When this was done, I had 24k pts. The last step therefore was to get as much points as possible from direct anchors hit on sub, since there was not need to blow any TNT, and, more importantly, what really gives points are not the anchors but the chain links which hit King Pig and alien egg canopies. I could time 2nd shot so that all anchors and chain links fell on sub and were destroyed, getting almost 78k.

I am unsure 80k is doable, but it does not appear fundamentally impossible either.
