Angry Birds Space Pig Dipper Level 6-24 Walkthrough

Our strategy for Angry Birds Space Pig Dipper level 6-24 requires a tricky, but fun, first shot. Fire the ice bird up and over the first planet so that it comes back down into the water, bouncing up and over the pile of debris, and ultimately into the ice beam holding up the stone boulders. Now aim the bomb bird down so he lands on top of the bottom pile of rubble, finishing off the level. The score in the video below is 106,240.

With the ice bird you should press just before on the video so the ice ball goes through the wooden ship and the ice glass holding up the bolders.
With the bomb bird you should aim lower so the bird goes through the wooden ship and follows through to the fat pig!!! 4k more, but room for improvement!!!

Wow…thanks @angermanagement for the great tips!!! I got 115670 so far with two birds. I took your tips under invisement.
I sent first bird same as video but slightly closer to the planet and tapped him just as he gets between the two pigs there. Ice ball went through the wooden ship and seperates into three ice balls where one of the balls hits the ice plank holding up the boulders. The boulders all crash down and ignite tnt. Look for 54K to 57K scores at this point.
Then second bird low, like you said so that it literlly just misses the starfish down there and cuts through the base of the SW boat’s wood, gets those piggies and lands on th FAT pig and cement. The explosion is bonus points!

Here’s a more reliable method. Use the same trajectory for the first bird, but let it self-activate. It will still release the boulders, but they rack up more points because stone gets so many more damage points than frozen material. It doesn’t matter if you get the TNT or not. Send the second bird into the remaining stone debris in the top pile. Use the third bird to take out the two pigs in the boat. Finally, send the fourth bird clockwise around the planet to take out the big pig and its debris pile. You get three stars virtually every time with this method, and my best so far is 112k.

A different strategy. Fling the icebird above the small planetoid, about halfway into its gravity field. It will then sink/float/bounce and with luck re-enter the water just to the west of the boat. Trigger when it touches the stone blocks and the giant bird along with everything else in the vicinity will freeze, float, sink the boat etc. Then fire the bombbird northeastwards, just missing the fern to the east of the anchor. It should enter the gravity field and drift underneath the boat. Trigger it, sending the boat and occupants to porcine hell and the glass beam should also shatter and release the rocks to bobble about, explode the TNT, clear the area, release endorphins and adrenaline and make you a thoroughly happy chappy (or chappette)

This only took me about 4 zillion attempts, 6 bottles of Scotch and 5 packs of cigarettes, but it DOES work.

Look at this person’s activity. He/She came there asking how to post a top score proof, asking whether the fact it had been obtained with the free version mattered, then posted the score. I do not find this that suspicious. (see https://www.angrybirdsnest.com/leaderboard/comment-page-6/#comments )

@sglouk. Ok. I didn’t say the score was suspicious. Just that it was the only score he posted. Now that you point out that he was asking about AB Space Free then he should have posted it on that leaderboard not this one. As i was writing this I just noticed that his score was removed by our ever vigilant Admins. You are now the trophy holder for this level.

For @jtwade, yes I agree with that. My concern was mainly why he hadn’t entered any more scores on any other AB game.

I do not know why some @admins deleted the top score that existed prior to the challenge, but in case it is not considered as legit (I personally think it is), here is the new top score/puppy proof:

https://www.angrybirdsnest.com/members/sglouk/album/picture/17523/

The trick is to have the two explosions (TNT after 1st shot like video and Bomb explosion) happen as closely at possible, i.e., you must tune 1st shot direction and activation so that rocks fall on TNT as slowly as possible (I mean so that the planck they rest on breaks as long as possible after bird activation), and send 2nd bird as quickly as possible after Ice Bird activation. Where exactly Bomb explodes seems to matter less that the fact that you send it very quickly, which is a good thing since you do not have any time to aim with this strat.

My final word:

https://www.angrybirdsnest.com/members/sglouk/album/picture/17539/

From time to time, Bomb passes through the boat and lands somewhere in between the two piles. There is probably a sweet spot for this to happen, but I did not find it, and in any case, ytou don”t have time to aim that precisely, so that at the moment, such outcome relies mostly on luck. If the boulder group has not finished its infall, then Bomb activation may send one of those big boulders to the left (i.e., counterclockwise), efficiently crushing this otherwise useless pile of debris, while the middle sized boulder belonging to the right pile is pushed clockwise. Then, those two boulders fall down, possibly crushing a large number of debris.

I got twice a good simultaneous crushing of both piles, with one very good crushing on one pile, and a moderately good crushing on the other (I got the two different configurations in my two most successful attempts). When stars align perfectly, scores above 125k may be possible, but I doubt I’ll ever have the patience to hunt for it.
