One bird strategy
Objective is to launch red and pop the bubble floating to the right of the rock cylinder, your trajectory needs to be such that red pops the bubble pig, carries on and bounces of the rock cylinder, crashing through the glass face on Hectors box. Hector expires and if luck is with you red falls down and takes out the bottom pig, if you are really lucky the remnants of Hectors box fall down into the gravity field. Unfortunately most of the time it floats of into spce.
You need to be super accurate with the aiming and get the timing exactly right.

Same one bird shot. I use a star in the atmosphere just over the right side hill as an aiming point, and wait until the ice blocks on the box are on the left so that when red bounces he lands on top of the ice and pops the pig. As the box continues to turn, drops red out onto the left hill. He rolls down the slope and finishes off the last pig. Haven’t has the box remains fall into the atmosphere yet. 37330

Thanks for the strat @ollygod. I didn’t manage the one birder (still trying!), but using your strategy I did get the 2 upper pigs and the floating container moved left and down a bit. I bounced the second bird off the rock into it and shoved it down to get caught by the atmosphere. Took out the bottom pig with lots of yummy destruction points.

Woot Thanks @ollygod, it took quite a few flings but i finally managed it!
I didn’t get the structure to fall in the gravity obviously but red had a good roll in the grass:)

You’re right @ollygod. Super accurate aiming and timing will bring Hectors box down on top of the last pig. Ha ha And a lot of luck!! I still don’t know what brought the box down. It wasn’t the push off the outcropping above. It might have something to do with when Hector pops. I think that’s when he started moving towards the gravity field. And even then, he barely made it. Yep! I’m putting this one in the lucky category.

@ollygod Thank you for the technique. I tried many, many times, only killing Hector once every 50-100 tries (I make up for my lack of accuracy by sheer volume), and every time red would either stay in space, or roll down the left side of the hill, or under- or overshoot the pig on the ground. I was about ready to give up and accept a below average score when it finally happened. I knew that I had a very good score, but didn’t remember how high @rat9‘s first place was, so I didn’t get a screenshot of the destruction, just the final score, which is in my album. I was watching closely, however, so I can describe what happened. Red broke through the glass and entered the box to the right of center, without killing Hector, and the momentum caused the box to spin CCW so that the glass was facing outwards. Then, when Hector popped after a second or two, it expelled red, and the equal and opposite reaction pushed the box to the ground. It was beautiful to watch! I was afraid that it wasn’t going to hit the pig, but it managed. There was still at least half of the stone portion of the box left, so there is definitely an upside if you (or Rat) wants to go back and do it again.

@snoid You perfectly described the thing, except that, in my opinion, Red must not enter into the box, strictly speaking, but stay within its edge.

Roughtly speaking, once your aiming is correct, you must release the sling when all the ice parts are down. You must hit the small ice part, not the rest. If you damage the triangle, this means that you released the sling too late. If you bounce on the longer ice part, this means that you released the sling too early. If you go inside the structure, you have more or less the correct timing (although you might be a few hundredth of a second too early as well, I would say).

@sglouk Excellent shot. I think that I actually broke the corner ice, but didn’t go any farther inside since that would have popped Hector too soon. You got a better roll down the hill than I did, which may have resulted from that slight difference in Red’s position. So there goes one of my few remaining first places, but you certainly earned it.

I played this level for many hours without getting any 1 birders. When I finally got it, turned out to be high score. Box fell on top of the hill, stayed there momentarily and finally rolled down the hill, taking the final pig with it.
