The strategy for Fry Me to the Moon level 3-5 is fire the Lazer bird into the icy asteroid in the smaller gravitational. As the asteroid explodes, a small piece should reach the bubbled pig hiding amongst the space radishes. All that remains is a little luck with other debris to pop the orbiting pigs.
