Same shot as in video but more damage. The only difference was that the lava-asteroid didn’t explode. Don’t know if that means lots more points out there, or that that allows for more debris to fall to the planet… Hmmm, TS for now but someone else will have to solve that one.
@admins
Need to readjust 3* level – got 3* with 89780
@admins
Set 3* at 81000
80220 = 2*
81090 = 3*
Thanks @zebung for the 3* threshold, keep em coming :D
you are doing great work, you will find a shiny new addition in your badge pocket ;)
Thanks! Always fun to contribute – like so many others!
Like the video. There is a faint star before the rock that was the aiming point. I had the fire asteroid get pulled down with the structure into the top planet.
@lmika congrats on such a great score !i don’t understand what you mean? it seems impossible to have the ‘fire rock pulled into the top planet? you aimed exactly like the video? even aiming like the video the rock blows on contact any help you could offer in addition ?
Cc @admins i think 7k above 2nd place is questionable?
@kathy proof of score. https://www.angrybirdsnest.com/members/lmika/album/picture/13942/
@kathy, I played this level for hours, changing aim a few pixels, before I got lucky. When he bottom left lava blew, the structure did not rotate clockwise as quickly as the video. So the big rock on the upper right of the structure just barely passed over the upper right lava, so it didn’t explode. As the structure fell upwards into the planet, the drill arm on the middle right snagged the back side of the lava and carried it along into the upper planet. A few seconds later, everything blew.
Thanks for the reply @limka ! and the explanation and screenshot!
Congratulations on a Fantastic score. sorry i quetioned it but sometimes you never know.
No worries @kathy. We work on the honor system , and when a player of your reputation questions a score, then proof should be provided. Happy flinging!
Happy flingin also @lmika ;) and ty for understanding. The honor system is my favorite part of the Nest . btw i loove your puppy avatar! so cute♡
A different one bird strategy. I sent red bird towards the upper lava asteroid. You want to barely nick its top right boulder. The asteroid will slowly drift and gently nudge the structure. Most of the time it does not explode (in that case you can send lazer bird south and redirect to explode the lower lava asteroid which will give a 3 star score most of the time).
When it does explode, the structure remains mostly intact and moves to the left, bumping the lower fire asteroid. When all goes right, the lower asteroid is pushed slowly into the lower planet and explodes, shoving the entire structure into the atmosphere of the upper planet. The more intact the structure is when it gets pulled in to crash on the upper planet, the higher the score.
@furfeather, thank you for this one-birder strategy! After the lower lava asteroid exploded, the results weren’t quite as you described, but it improved my previous score by 8K and I’m a happy flinger.
Here’s my video.
130960 with one bird.
It was like in the video but you can also get a puppy with 2 birds because the randomness on this level is really huge.
So, if you didn’t trigger the top asteroid with the first bird, don’t hesitate to push it into the gravity field (not trigger it, mind you).
This is the second bird result for 130k.
Anyway, here is the one bird final result for the Daily Challenge.
And this is highscore screenshot.
All the screenshots are also available in high res here in one set.
@sweetp
same like walkthrough-video, rinse and repeat
bottom-left-lava blew, structure go to gravity-field, arm hit the top-boulder and hit the top-lava
here the video with 130k:

@sweetp
puppy picture
not arm hit the boulder, edge of wood hit the boulder, sorry
