Angry Birds Seasons Piglantis Level 1-3 Walkthrough

One strategy for Piglantis level 1-3 is to fling the Yellow bird towards the boulders on the far right, breaking the plank that is supporting them. Ideally, the boulders will fall and take out the majority of the right-hand side. Now fire the next Yellow bird low, taking out the base of the left-hand side structure.

Another way to do it is fire 1 yellow bird under the underwater hanging stone, up and power into the TNT, then the second to take out the left as above

Personally, I found it easier to reverse the shot order you describe. My first shot I send into the sand block supporting the boulder on the lower left of the structure. The strategy described verbally by Slim gives much higher scores than the one shown on video (due to falling boulders). But I got the highest 2-bird score by reversing the order of the two shots: first to take the left-hand side structure, and then to the plank supporting the boulders.
However, dropping the boulders by the first bird gives a chance to finish this level with only one bird and possibly getting a score around 120,000 ( I haven’t succeeded to do this yet, but I think it is doable).

Then I used the 2nd YB to take out the underwater sand blocks supporting the 2 remaining pigs. I get best results when the boulders jam up, before hopefully being released again by the exploding TNT. It often doesn’t work, but in the last 40 minutes I have had several 118k 2-birders doing it just this way.

Spent most of day on this level (while at work :) One-birders galore. Problem is… you need the three boulders for points. My top score with a one-bird was 112k+ before I could trigger-boost a second bird at the boulders and before the level timed out.

For my current 115k+ score, I shot first YB on very high arc then boost to strike both the horizontal and vertical wooden beams between the left and right towers. This seemingly took out everything except the top pig inside the wood block (from the right tower) that bobbed around in the water. Out of frustration, I launched the second YB into the water and boosted while still underwater. It blasted out of the water like a missile off a nuclear sub while taking out the floating pig, then into orbit! Funny to watch :)

Today I discovered one way to one-bird this level WITH the boulders and two ways WITHOUT the boulders. The best one-bird for me was 112k+. While a very high score still eludes me, I’ve come to the conclusion that it depends on how the proverbial cookie crumbles. TY to all for your posts/tips!

When you take down the front, no matter in what order, you need to get both of the uprights with the stone on top of wood – it is the right one of these that usually takes out the wee piggie in the stone square as they fall into the water. If I missed that right upright, too often that piggie would just float to the bottom in his square & just sit there.
