Angry Birds Seasons Haunted Hogs Bonus Level 2 Walkthrough

Our strategy for Angry Birds Seasons Haunted Hogs Bonus level 2 (which is unlocked by earning 50 stars) is to use the Blues to cut the ropes high enough so that they land on the far right tnt. The resulting chain reaction should cause massive damage to the towers below. Then simply clear any remaining pig, if necessary. The score in the video is 127,070.

A two birder here for me. Same as video strategy only the 1st bird took out the far right structure (taken out by 3rd bird in video) as well, leaving just the left structure to clear with 2nd bird. :)

A Two birder for me as well.
First bird as in the video but the far right structure moved down the hill when the rock on top of the TNT hit it.
Second bird aimed at the horizontal wood on top of the two rocks so that the left structur crashed down on the pig inside the ice.

There is a possible one birder here, if one of the first triple birds hit the left structure just right. I have been very close to it. Should expect top score to be up around 136.000.

Nice destruction with the blues, so just one pig left for the second bird. I am sure a 1 birder can be achieved, but the points might nt be worth it…

Got almost a one birder. Blue bird high, split late so each bird is going through the ropes, avoiding those thick things. Left building collapsed, right building fell against the middle structure but did not make it crash. Until now, I’ll keep trying.

I’ve played this level quite a lot trying to get a good score with 1-bird. This alternative strategy is a little more repeatable for 1-birders as well as 125k+ 2-birders. My best score (129k) was obtained with 2 birds, but in principle a 1-birder should be good for upwards of 140k.

First bird: aim at about 25-30 degrees, split immediately after release. The uppermost bird is key: it should cut the first rope above the uppermost stone, then the second rope under the uppermost stone, and then hit the right part of the horizontal beam on top of the right structure, and then explode the TNT. The middle bird should cut the first rope just above the second stone.

This shot has two advantages compared to the video strategy: you don’t need to rely on the TNT shooting the small boulder at the right structure for it to slide down the slope. Usually it is enough that the blue bird hits the top beam. Second, the two lower birds will cause more damage to the left and middle structures than you usually get with the video strategy.

@f91jsw Thank you, I got a 136k one-birder with this.
But with the top bird doing what you describe, I can’t get the middle bird to go low enough,it hits the upper first stone. It is the bottom bird that cuts the rope above the second stone for me. Could the distance from sling to target have been decreased in an update perhaps, or is it something I misunderstand?
Good strat anyway, and it worked this way too!

The bonus levels are at the bottom of the screen, playing on a device with Mighty Eagle option, there should be 4 circles at the bottom, ready to be played. If you don’t have the Mighty Eagle there should be three circles.

Crash reporting for angry angel…..

Well, she cracked the 140k that was promised by someone ….2 years ago?, lol

She didn’t even watch the walk-thru !….. a picture is worth more then my words, but in her own words “I tried to split the bluebirds to take out both hanging columns…”

She had been trying to cut the second hanging column at it’s highest string. She said this did not happen this particular attempt tho, or at least didn’t cut it at the highest point

Like I said, this picture will show a little more. She had a little help from lady luck, but I am still proud of her !!

(and she ties me with puppies at 3 apiece now I think

Crash here….male, 42 y.o……. no problem at all asking. Here’s how it evolved….. I already had an account here at the nest and was heavy into the game. @tmax is my get-a-hold-of-me name.

Although my girlfriend and I were going out before angry birds was even invented, it wasn’t soon before she was hooked. In fact even that process is funny now that I recall it. I would play and be explaining the abilities of the birds or other quirks of the game, and she would watch me play. I think she may have even refused when I offered her a couple chances to take a crack at it (the game). It might have been the combination of it coming to Facebook along with me playing it a lot that she finally gave in. For a couple months we actually shared my phone to play on, but entered the scores that we earned individually. Now, please, appriciate this woman, who has never played any other video games really ever in her life, starts slow but really quick she is scoring higher then me on some levels…. we are about split on who wins the facebook tourney each week, but she does it with like only 3 friends including me that also play…..I have about 8 or 9 friends so I even have an advantage, lol.

but to come to the conclusion today sometime…… she is just not a real “computer” type person….. she has her own Ipad tho hooray…. so I made her an account basically so we could compete and have fun competing with you all…..so our accounts are seperate names, seperate people, seperate scores. She just doesn’t super enjoy or understand cyberspace. To me , I understand it’s not in front of my face, but there is a certain realness to it no question about it… so I enjoy tytping things out to people I may never meet, and her not so much, lol

(sorry for spelling mistakes thus far)

Anyhow, we live together and usualy when I am typing in her account like I am now, she is in the same room or next room. I use quotations when it’s an actual quote from her, and I may coax her into dictating something someday…… or maybe I will thrust the keyboard in front of her.

But I keep her up to date with what I know of the members here….. There is someone on the nest named Crush who I see his name in the challenges often , but he is no relation to us….. he’s a good flinger tho !

Anyhow, I had fun reliving this….good trip down memory lane. Good luck flinging and I promise to try and get her to type a few of her own keystrokes soon. :)
