One strategy for Cherry Blossom level 1-4 is to fire the Red bird into the ice block next to the bottom-left pig, causing the first part of the tower to topple leftward. With the next shot, you have a choice. Either fire the Yellow bird above or directly into the moustachioed pig. Firing above is more likely to clear the level, while firing below could yield higher scores. Decisions, decisions.
