One strategy for Market Mayhem level 14-3 is to bomb between the first and second tower with the White bird, causing it to ricochet into the boulders above. Push the second tower into the third, causing both to come crumbling to the ground. If you need another bird to finish the level, that should be fine, so long as you have significant destruction.
