Angry Birds Rio High Dive Walkthrough Level #15

Our strategy for High Dive Level #15 is to employ an aquatic version of the Reverse Remi Shot: Send the Boomerang bird backwards through the gap between the slingshot platform and the solid wall. Shortly after entering the water, spin Hal back toward the main structure. With a little luck, he can take out the vast majority of the level. Use two more birds as needed. The score in the video below is 138,100.

I sent the first bird high over everything and boomeranged to take out the lower right leg. Takes out the entire right side just low the video, but I found it to be a much easier shot. Second and third shot were just like the video.

I did the same, and I agree the first shot is easier this way.

Underwater and reverse into left tower for a one bird clear. There was more debris left, so 150k+ is do-able.

Great strategy. used this, and on my 3rd attempt, got the 1 birder. Still debris left, so score could be higher

Hi @comex666. Just wondered how to access some of your other videos. Sometimes you note “video on my YouTube channel”, but the link on your profile opens up a “Whackout Media” home page with no content. Your vids are really helpful but I can’t find a way to access them. I tried subscribing on the Whackout page but still nothing. Many thanks.

Same strategy as @pauliboy for the first bird.
I had 75k after it, and then the second bird like @bonneypattycat, but with a very late split.

Here is the final result for the Daily Challenge.

And this is highscore screenshot.

Did the same with first bird like @pauliboy and second like @bonneypattycat in her video, thanks to both. Found that with the first bird it needs to pass close to the edge of the platform and activated in the middle of the second underwater post. The goal is to get the brown box for the higher scores. Highest obtained was over 73k. With the second bird I aimed for the underwater stones and activated them as they turned and started upward.

Easier 1st shot – just throw the toucan down and to the right, exactly halfway between the two platforms. Should give about 80K, leaving only the left tower.

I’ve topped 144k three different ways with both 2and 3 birds. Got 145k first the Boomer down through the bottom glass pane, then quick fire Blue down through the water before the tower falls left. Split so it hit thes the metal struts to bring everything else down. Kind of the reverse of the video’s first two shots.

2 strategies; hitting the struts or reversing into the left tower with the first bird can both give one bird clearances. But you’ve shown that you can get similar scores with 2 birds.

I sent the first bird down into the water right to boomerang up left getting the left tower. The next bird took out the other tower easily. Two birds for a score of 136,360.

FIRST SHOT down and to the left and activate just before hitting waters surface. It takes a few attempts maybe to fine tune it. The bird does an amazingly fluid underwater arc right up the drawbridge and BOOM.

SECOND SHOT: Blue birds split to take left leg out of tower

THIRD SHOT: White bird as close as you can to the stub of tower that’s left and drop egg. Should be able to get white bird to crunch up stuff too, not fly off

147940 — using all birds tho so i think someone can easily take it higher as i am sure it can be two birded, just hard.

Another strategy:

Aim first bird directly into upper glass block of leftmost tower. Aim towards bottom glass / top stone border. Activate on impact. This should make the bird act like a wedge, making everything fall to the left. Bird rolls away into the water too, so a lot of debris gets cleaned up by the bird. Important is that the lower glass block get destroyed as well (otherwise the left structure most likely survives the blue birds). Shoot the Bluebird into the water, split when required but making at least one of them hitting the supporting structure on the right pillar with enough force). If there is debris floating in the “firing” gap, releasing the birds before they hit the water (taking out the blocking debris) can work. And make sure all debris has sunk to the bottom before releasing BB, otherwise it just hits the debris_

I did it similarly to this, but just went straight for the bottom glass block. Second shot underwater to finish it off. I tried so many other ways but in the end these are the easiest shots to pull off and also got me nearly 150k.

Thankyou ever so much @tinus! Your strats just keep on working for me. I used a variation of @terpfan_42 variation. That is I aimed at bottom glass block but activated just before impact so that bird stopped on the edge and a lot stuffed rolled over it into water. That gave me a score of almost 45k to build on. Second shot as described resulting 152k and top spot for now…

My 2 cents: release BB as soon as you can, sneaking under the falling tower and avoiding the floating debris getting in the way of a good 2nd shot.

Holy Shnikeys, almost in the top 10, exciting for a tail end charley like me. blasted the bottom block as per @dmsral. Having split wood and logged, I now understand the previous ref to a “wedge”, looks like a wedge I block into a log or tree to get it to split or fall a certain way. then when he poofs out, everything slides like a California hilltop suburb. Tossed the second bird and split prior to getting wet, I’ve been playing with that to get better impact on the underside. i’d say i’m happy with my top 15, but now I have a taste for top 10, and maybe beyond!

1st bird deployed so that it almost hits first tower and activate last second possible and if done correctly it will take out the box and stone slab above it taking out the entire first tower If your looking for a high score your going to want to be at 70,000 before te blue bird and just send the blue bird like in the video and if den correctly you can take out almost all debris I got 155k and it looks like at least 5k was remaining.
