Angry Birds Rio Golden Beachball Walkthrough Level #30

Our strategy for Golden Beachball level 30 is to send the first Black bird just under the left ear of the face, clearing as much of the left side as possible. Clear debris with a Yellow bird, then use the White bird to bomb the chin while ricocheting above the right eye. As needed, use any remaining birds to finish the level. The score in the video below is 170,350.

3 birds possible. Black bird high arc has to go down on the right side of the left eye and go through the sand until the nose
This will clear the whole left side. Clear the rest of the monkey face with yellow and white bird.

Thanks for the strat, once again, @traneric! Took me a while, but I got a nice score at the end…

The past the left eye to the nose is the key shot for this level. As @traneric said; it takes out the whole left side. I got a piece of cement to bounce off the second left rubber ring into the upper right part of the structure which partially collapsed and led to a one bird clearance for 178k. But there was still a lot of debris hanging around and my best score was a 2-birder with the same first shot and the yellow bird takes out the highest sand blocks so the remaining cement causes a more complete collapse than I got with my one-birder which I haven’t been able to repeat. I can see this isn’t a new strategy – others have been there first – my point of posting is to say that 2 birds seems better than one for this level.

Congrats for your high score @pauliboy ! Using the same strat with 2 birds but never been able (yet ;-)) to reach more than my present score of 188k+. High arc with Black Bird, aiming “on” (or very close) to the metal triangle on the left of the top middle marmoset : there is a special sand path “around” there, leading to the dark wood triangle (nose) and after explosion, all the left part and most of the middle of the face were destroyed (109k+ once with that first shot, but then a metal triangle was on my way and Yellow bird couldn’t reach highest sand blocks). Yellow bird then to the right, to hit the highest sand blocks remaining, to kill the last marmosets and make more destruction.

Think a 1-birder might be possible with the help of rubber rings, but i have not succeed yet and have No idea if it’s more advantageous or not.

Anyway, what a fun ending episode !!!

Hi @bikkit, as you can see I’m getting closer and closer to your top score, although I’ve been having to use 2 birds to move up. Heck, even if I never catch up, I’ll at least be able to proudly say “I gave it my best shot”. Ciao my friend.

ps. how about a game of footie after this bout?

After 2nd shot only 5 concrete triangles remained & I’d improved my Android phone’s 178230 over 16k to 194820 on my iPad.

If, only if, it had been a 1-birder ; -)

Two great strategies for two birds. Thanks @traneric for the first bird and @pauliboy for the second bird. After hitting the sweet spot on the stone triangle bomb bird fall to the blue ball on the left side of center. Was not able to get it past the ball. For me the challenge was hitting the piece of wood with the second bird. Some mentioned getting a one bird solution but I wasn’t able to achieve that accomplishment. Fun level to play.

Like @Traneric, I’ve done 180k with both two and three birds. The two birder was almost a one birder with only the bottom hanging marmoset left. I think a 200k one birder is possible.

2 birds using @traneric‘s strat for 181940. To get bomb to go down the right side of the left eye, you need a high arc that lands him on the left corner of the triangular stone just to the left of the top marmoset. With luck will take out almost everything.
To aim on iPad, fully zoom in; Look at bottom horizontal beam on launch platform; there are 2 lighter dots that intersect the bottom edge; the larger is on the left. Pull bomb down so the contact point of your stylus (finger is less precise) is where the right edge of the left dot intersects the bottom edge of the beam. Adjust by pixels until bomb goes all the way to the bottom left of the nose. This should be about where the left edge of the slingshot intersects the left edge of the intersection of bomb’s head and his topknot; however, this is difficult to see, and not as precise.

Alternately, shoot the bomb bird up high, and land him just to the left of the big monkey at the op, so that it continues down to the right of the left eye towards the nose. That will clear out a whole lot, leaving one or two monkeys on the right. 170K that way as well, and seems like a little less random.

2 Birds. High, lofting arcto the top right of the left eye. Let it penetrate and explode on its own. Clears out almost everything, in fact, 1 bird may be possible. YB for any clean up, mine was on right side, just nailed some wood above 2 remaining monkeys, and rocks surrounding wood kills them.

For TD, I think you need nothing suspended to remain, and no blocks on the outside. Obviously you need to clear the fish. Land sardine can at left corner of left rock. Some broken stones can remain between the two rocks on the beach. I used most if not all birds. Started with Traneric’s 1st shot, the concentrated on taking out or dropping all the suspended stuff, without killing all the marmosets until almost everything was gone.
BTW, if the top section of stone with the greenery falls to the right of the bottom stone, I’ve seen it crawl off the screen before you have a chance to destroy it!

Definitely best to lob first bird so it lands on or just shy of monkey at upper-left. Repeated easy two birders, with a one-birder likely soon. I had to give up because I’d pretty much given myself carpal tunnel on my mouse hand three-birding levels 5 & 21.

Explanations for this level have been confusing due to differing definitions of ‘left eye’. The one user sees on the left side is really the right eye.

The bird pictured continued its way all the way down to the nostrils for an eventual 179K three-birder. Whether you get 170s or 200s depends on when/where you detonate the bird and of course the luck factor.

I agree that the @traneric lob is much more effective. SO effective that yellow bird is totally useless. It doesn’t connect with enough of anything (for me) to cause remaining stone to fall. I always need the third bird and can’t seem to get out of the. 170’s now. How I got over 180 with the video now astounds me. Strange. Good luck all!
