The best strategy for Carnival Upheaval level 8-9 is to lob Blu to land between the first and second structures. This will completely topple the left tower and clear the top of the right. Loft the Yellow bird through the blocks supporting the larger marmoset, causing the right structure to collapse. If necessary, snipe the marmoset in the bottom-right with the next Yellow bird.
