The best strategy for Carnival Upheaval level 8-11 is to lob the White bird, bombing directly above the first marmoset and ricocheting the bird through the ropes holding the TNT. The majority of both structures should be destroyed. Launch the first Black bird into the top-right structure, pushing it off the ledge to the right and onto the final marmoset.
