Our strategy for Carnival Upheaval level 7-4 is to fire the first Red bird into the small stone square atop the middle tower. This will topple both the middle and right towers. A direct shot to the left tower with the next Red bird will clear the remaining marmoset. The score in the video below is 98,190.
