Angry Birds Poached Eggs 3 Star Walkthrough Level 2-6

I find that shooting that first black bird for maximum distance often (maybe 10%?) makes an easy 1-bird, 3-star solution in the 70+K range. The target is to land the b/b on top of the wooden structure, rolling it to the right so it falls down and straddles the gap between the the indestructible cliff and the wooden tower (exploding just to the left of the small, single stone block near the top of the structure is another way to put it).

The explosion causes most of the wooden structure to collapse and blows out the wooden support under the top stone plank. That plank turns into a ramp, letting the round bolder drop down and take out the remaining pig or two near the bottom.
