Send matilda to the upper structure, about a 45 degree toss should do, activating just before impact near the TNT. Sometimes the carcass gets the stove, sometimes the TNT blows, but it definitely launches some debris with either.
Next send Chuck almost horizontal to the left TNT, which seems to give him a boost and accelerates him through the entire lower area, catching the second TNT. In the video the far right structure falls, but if it doesn’t it should be pretty easy to get with Hal. The 3-star threshold is pretty low so this should still get you your stars.
