Done this at least 50 times with 92-99%

Obtaining the feather for this level appears to be very debris dependent on what remains after the ME hits. The ABN video provides the best solution but no matter how many times I tried, could not obtain 100% and destroy enough of the wood, stone and glass to get the feather.
Changed my technique and had the ME hit the last Big Brother bird. Results were 100% four times in a row.

Never Mind, I finally got it but using the walkthrough video, you need to get Every scrap of wood glass gone!
