So, we all agree that this format sucks right?
And the game players want to revert to one ore two tournaments per seven days
Right?
And that Rovio are pushing these on us to use our earned, or bought power ups
Right again?
So, what are we as the users of the game going to do, or be prepared to do?
Something, Nothing, Spend weeks complaining amongst ourselves, and wasting our time and breath, yet ultimately, just doing all of the above, and nothing at all
It needs a concerted effort from a huge number of players, a petition that we ALL AGREE ON, then each and every one of us, emails all on the same day of the week, send it to Rovio, and then just maybe they might take notice of us.
One or two sending them a complaint does nothing, I’ve only ever received a reply saying they are looking to do something: ie, NOTHING
they can’t have enough capacity on servers, to spare that space for many many complaints all about the same issue at once
ALL of us or nothing or we are just wasting our effort
The above is just a disgruntled flingers thoughts, They are possibly not worth the screen space and wear and tear on the keys that I’ve taken the time to type, but, flingers are ticked off, flingers are using extra power
ups, and on a personal note, I, (and other NPU users) are dropping out through the bottom of the “forty list” like shit through a goose!
Twice now I’ve gone down three levels, then had to use a shite load of PU’s to get back again
Lets stop flapping our gums and DO something about it
Its their game but we pay the bills for them

Go for it @doctorjohn! I’ve been sending them messages constantly…especially about cheaters in the Leagues. You are correct as they need to receive many more complaints. Then and only then, they might do something to quell the noise!

Kudos, to Rayitos for trying to keep up with the tournament madness. Me personally, I just sit out the ones I don’t have time for. Power ups are to precious to waste on levels you don’t have time to invest in.
I agree, but I hate to do that then keep dropping down levels each week

Another option: play without power ups. I got maybe three hundred wing men a couple of years ago, all with coins earned playing the game. I have let finished with them yet. I’ll probably buy a couple hundred more soon (within a month or two) but I still have 20 or so. I’ve accumulated 140,000 coins, so I won’t spend money there either. I go back and forth between diamond league 3/4 every couple of weeks, but I get to play a ton of new levels each week, and it’s the only source of new levels anywhere in angry birds world. I’m happy the way it is! (Other than the lack of updates for other angry birds games – especially the holiday angry birds seasons levels, I loved those). I guess my point is, relax everyone. Maybe enjoy this as a game, probably one you got for free, and appreciate the hours of entertainment it’s brought you over the years.
I never buy power ups, once I get up to around 20,000 coins, I purchase power ups
if you don’t use power ups or don’t finish a level off you drop back down a level
to progress you need to use power ups
saying I just didn’t do that level gets you dropped
so unless a two tier game (NP’s, & PU’s)happens, you need to
use/buy the power up option
Maybe it’s different when you join the ‘secret ABF FRIENDS 300 friends league’
but if like me you play alone, you need to be on the ball each tournament or down you go, but, I still love the game
