Early benchmark scores:
1) 155k
2) 289k
3) 436k
4) 408k
5) 291k
6) 337k
Total current: 1896k
Total possible max: 1916k
Any scores exceeding these max scores are immediately suspect, IMHO :)

Forgive me if you find this query a bit simple, but..
How did you determine the Possible Max scores ..
Never seen that listed..would be helpful to know going in..
A little help , please?
BTW, great scores! I find my android mobile tab gets the best scores.
Squawk!

@newtreker These benchmark scores are based on my personal list of AB Friends worldwide. They are perhaps the best, top-scoring and HONEST players of ABF globally. I have about 300-400 international “friends” on my list. Other veteran Nesters will have a similar list although not exactly the same “friends.” Even Rovio doesn’t know possible max scores, but we do :) Send me a friend-request on Nest. I’ll gladly share in PM rather than taking up space here. –MB :)

Am I the only one that finds it more than a little disturbing to see people playing with maxed out coins and power-ups? Someone mentioned this before and people responded that it was the result of Facebook gifts, etc. If that is true, it’s a completely ridiculous, built in bias. I’m not sure I believe it, but I don’t have Facebook, so I can’t dispute it. However, Rovio if you’re listening, there’s no point in playing against people with maxed-out resources. If these people are not cheating, then you either need make it clear that Facebook is required to play this game, or you need to adjust the app so that people who do not have Facebook will not be at a disadvantage.

@pampeans Since Day 1 of Angry Birds Friends more than two years ago, the premise is FRIENDS. The more friends you have, the more bird coins and power-ups you’ll receive and exchange with other friends. Fully sanctioned and authorized by Rovio. You don’t need Facebook to participate but it is slightly more difficult solely on mobile without Facebook. If you want to know more, check out the Nest’s forum pages for AB Friends. I understand your frustration.

@dseufert thanks!

Hi @pampeans
I completely understand your frustration! I am not a fan of facebook. Never have been and probably never will be. Having said that, I repeatedly noticed the same thing you have noticed- on some of the videos people had ridiculously HIGH amounts of powerups and coins visible on the video imaging screens. I looked into that a little further and found out that it was all because they were in an angry birds friends facebook group that had legitimate ways to enhance the gift giving capacity. So as much as I dislike facebook, I dislike spending the ridiculously HIGH real dollar amount that Rovio asks for bird coins in order to purchase power ups. To play competitively for fun, you really need to have power ups.
So this is what I did. I followed the information provided on this site, the nest, and I actually created a facebook account just for playing this game. I am pretty sure makinbakin has already reached out to you about the best private group to join. I joined that group and have not purchased anything from Rovio in over four months now. I am currently in second place in diamond league level 24. I have over 100,000 coins and about 24K of each power up. I would not be able to do that without the great supply of powerups I get through this group. These people are super nice and willing to help anybody that just wants to play and NOT CHEAT.
Look, I am a real person just like you and I am happy to answer questions if you have any. Since I am not a fan of facebook, just like you, maybe I could help in some way. Just let me know. My email address is [email protected]

I play with facebook and even after two years I see no real advantage than having a different aim for some levels but all my best scores are on mobile. Bloggers that are considered professional gamers making how-to videos get a special ‘unlock ‘ but I agree I hope to not see them in my league leader board.

@kona berry Rovio employees may get a special “unlock” code and unlimited use of power-ups without paying for them. I don’t know. But I DO know that absolutely no one else gets any kind of “unlock” code. I asked :) Many “professional gamers” who post ABF videos on YouTube are actually cheaters using illegal third-party plugins or software to infringe on Rovio’s copyright. Super illegal but nearly impossible for Rovio to police, especially on an international scale. The key to collecting bird coins and power-ups is FRIENDS. The more friends you have, then the more bird coins and power-ups you’ll receive. There are no legal “unlock” codes at all unless you may be a programmer-employee of Rovio.

I am having problems with level 5. I had 209000 and it keeps failing even though I got all the pigs 2 times. I used the extra king. How do I report this problem. I love the game. I won’t play anymore if this keeps happening

Are you getting the pig that’s disguised as a block of ice, Melody?

By Julie

Haven’t been getting powerups from the spin wheel or by watching a video.

Level 4 – iPad with PUs for 403k:
1) FLW+Bone on steep downward angle to carom off base of perch and get all six diamonds on the lower left. BQ right away, if you got all six diamonds. Otherwise reset and try again. Tough shot. Eats a lot of PUs;
2) Chuck+Jingle to base of remaining tower on upper right. Most everything should be gone with four birds left in quiver.

I did all other levels very similar to Granny’s PU walkthroughs. Thanks, J, for your hard work in preparing the walkthrough videos for every tournament!

I find that Rovio needs a larger serving system for the volume of people who play Angry Birds Friends. So many times, I get thrown out to my main page, the characters stop in mid air and today Oct. 29/2016 a new Halloween game started and I lost 35 points on the previous game which was supposed to end at 2am tomorrow morning. I got no notice of losing a day on the previous game! Now, I read that those who play through Facebook, have an advantage over those who don’t. this isn’t fair.
I love this game, however, I have thought of uninstalling it, due to the quirks of being thrown out of the game and characters not moving at all, many times.
