The King Pig has been replaced with a Mustache Pig in the 2.1.0 update.
I have my own method for beating this level. It resulted in a score of 167k. I made a video.
Aim first shot straight across, hitting leftmost green foam block. Between the chrome-bomb and big pig in the bottom-left area, there are two vertical gray bricks that form a “wall”. You want the first shot to break at least one of those bricks, causing entire left side of castle to collapse.
Second shot to destroy right side, then quick decision whether to fire third bomb-bird or take the 10k.
My high score = 180190 using two birds.
Current high score = 183040. This level is a lot of fun.
