Send the first Bomb Bird high into the middle, barely missing the ice atop the left side of the structure and penetrating to the bottom. The blast clears the entire platform. Next, send another bomb straight into the left structure, activating on impact. In the video, it is a pig that flies to the right and sets of the TNT, clearing the level.
