Send red fairly high to the bottom of the protruding glass plank holding the TNT. You want to pitch the TNT off, not detonate it. The ensuing chain reaction should clear most of the level, leaving only the pigs on the far right. A clean toss under the first structure should take care of them, leaving you with a 10K bonus for Chuck.
