One strategy for Big Setup level 10-10 is to fire the first Big Brother straight ahead, into the last tower. This should cause quite a bit of damage and leave only one pig to pop. Instead of taking him out, repeat the first shot, destroying all the debris and earning well over 10,000 points. Now take out the final pig. The score in the video below is 73,970.
