One strategy for Angry Birds Bad Piggies level 21-9 is to lob the white bird up and over the first crane so it comes down right in the middle. Drop the egg bomb at the last minute so that the crane falls to the left and the cab with the pig in it (stone triangle on top) falls to the right. The cab falling should take out middle pigs. Fire the yellow bird at a low arch to take out the TNT and any remaining pigs in the middle. Lastly, fling the white bird towards the right crane taking it down. The score in the video below is 94,290.
