Angry Birds Activity Park Malaysia Now Open – Review with Pictures & Video!
Last weekend, elements of the Pigineering Department embarked on an eggs-pedition to review South-East Asia’s first Angry Birds theme park at Johor Bahru, Malaysia!
The Angry Birds Activity Park is conveniently located at newly-renovated Komtar JBCC, itself in close proximity to the causeway linking Singapore and Malaysia. The immediate surroundings are excellent shopping venues to boot, with approximately six zillion retail outlets and enough restaurants to quell an entire district’s Hunger Games.
With enough culinary variety to provide a lifetime of gastronomic delight, Malaysian cuisine features eggs placed just about all over the place according to King Pig’s Evil Plan ™ video that preceded the subject attraction’s opening.
While we were unable to catch the Grand Opening on 31st October, due to me being King Pig’s secretary and hard pressed to escape from King Pig’s Office at all, an entire squad of pig, sheep, cat and of course Angry Birds fans of all ages rendezvoused near the Johor Bahru customs facility on Saturday morning to commence our glorious reconnaissance effort in the name of the non-existent Bacon Empire!
Ticket purchasing and venue entry was not much of a hassle (especially since our expedition leader had hair the size of a small sheep… or is that wool?) For a family of two adults and two children with one senior citizen, the ticket prices were extremely affordable and our senior got to enter the park for free! A win for Malaysian hospitality!

Our group thoroughly enjoyed themselves and after our walk through the park was over, proceeded to eat everything that resembled fried chicken in the following 36 hours in the general vicinity, so I would rate the venue eleven out of ten oinks for the Park’s mere existence alone. You already are an Angry Birds fan, so such a place is automatically awesome!
