My husband sign up as a new member about 20 minutes ago but he can’t sign. It’s giving him an error message of unrecognized user name. How long should he wait before there’s a problem?

    Yes, we figured it out. There’s a dash in his user name. I told him there were no spaces! Thanks anyway. : )
