Here is our Space Eagle Total Destruction video walkthrough for Angry Birds Space Pig Dipper level 6-18. Drop the Sardine can under the floating platform, and trigger upon impact. Falling debris should clear the deep sea pigs.

Placed the Sardine Can in the water space between the stone base and the floating wood structure. A square hollow stone fell to take the lower pigs out.
Was still able to get feather even with two piggies on bottom and the pig in the structure on the left after the first shot. Fired orange bird at the left side of the structure. Probably a low total destruction threshhold.
In my case, the sardine can did not take down the structure on the rock island. So, I sent the orange bird, which took care of it, and still guaranteed 100% on first try.
