Here is our Space Eagle Total Destruction video walkthrough for Angry Birds Space Fry Me to the Moon level 3-5. Fire the Lazer bird into the icy asteroid in the east, popping as many pigs as possible. Then launch a sardine can into a large space radish to destroy all items on the western planet. Launch the Space Eagle can to the bottom side of the left white plant under the green pig on the left planet.

Launch the blue bird into the right planet to eliminate all green pigs. This one is the tricky shot with the splitting of the bird at the right time to hit all the circling pigs and the stationary one.

Sometimes 2 eagles are better 1 eagle. Launch a can at the first planet, then activate on contact. Do the same with the other can. If you are willing to waste an eagle to ensure total destruction, this is the way to go.
