One strategy for Season’s Greedings level 1-19 is to fire the White bird straight ahead, bombing next to the present and ricocheting the bird into the first set of stone blocks. With a little luck, all four stones should fall. Fire the Yellow bird through the gap created by the explosion and pop the middle pair of pigs. Bomb the last hut with the White bird to finish. The score in the video is 49,660.

Again the egg birds seem able to inflict a lot of damage in this walkthrough. If do that with mine they just bounce off the blocks. Why is this?

Been at this damn level all day, was pretty close to the walkthrouygh tactics, but just could not get 3 stars. Finally hooked up 44,530 and got them.
There is a very thin line between the scores for stars on this level, under 40K gets you 1 star(although its very hard to kill all the pigs and get under 40K, I did it a few times though ;) ), between 40K and about 44K 2 stars and over 44K, 3.
Cannot say I am sorry to have got past this one, worst level so far, and yet it doesnt look that hard, until you try to do it !!

No, it’s not that hard. Try 1-16!!!!!!!!! That is the hardest level ever! 47730.
A lot of the levels in Seasons Greedings are deceptively difficult, that is, they look easy, until you start playing them. Then the truth about them becomes painfully clear. This one especially. Part of the problem lies in the fact that attempts at precision can at times yield astonishingly different results. The snow blocks have an energy dampening effect on the birds, and on falling objects. Then there’s the lack of any decent reference point for aiming.
Hopefully, obtaining the feather is somewhat easier.
Amen to that @truckdriver, I’m still trying to improve my score on this level, funny thing, on the Chrome version of Season’s Greedings I have a score of 58850 for this level, but unfortunately we can’t use scores from Chrome SG on this site.
Still, a pretty good score nonetheless. Far better than my paltry effort. But then again, I also couldn’t tell you how long it has been since I played some of the SG levels. Many of them were quite easily forgotten as soon as I 3-starred ‘em.
A shocker, I know, but still true!

Smasha, To get the rankings, you have to have Game Center which comes with the iPhone4.

well i meant to post this yest. but had 2 xmas parties to attend–tiz the season!! this one was a quite a challenge @ first, but after couple dozen tries night before i got 2-stars. after waking it only took me about 5 mins to 3-star lvl 19. once i got the knack of this one, another 10-15 mins & i had a score of 52,120, but stuff was still falling when it totalled up, which rly irked me… played another 50+ times & couldn’t get any higher. will have to go back to this one ocasionally & see if i can beat my score ;)

That seems to happen a lot in “Seasons”, significantly more often than I remember from the standard levels. I’ve had pigs still rolling, about to fall off something when it totals up and cuts me off. I agree: pretty irksome.

I finally got this level YESTERDAY, yes, Feb 10th. A day which will live in infamy LOL. I tried the second vid’s approach hundreds of times, and could never get the same result. An approach more like the first vid is what finally got it. Unbelievable.

Used 2nd method, but got first 3 pigs with first 2 birds.
Anyone else finding the first shot on the first video impossible? I just seem to keep blowing up both sets of concrete or not destroying the end pig.

try this
1- get the present and the first pig with ur first white bird
2- use the yellow bird to remove as much snow blocks as u can ( keeping the two pairs of stone intact)
3- the last white bird will take care of the remaining.
score is 48560

Score 44230 Like most, I despise this level. I’m an Android user that may just have to buy an apple. Is that what the BL uses for the walkthrough’s? My birds don’t have near the power. I watched a stone break through the roof and directly fall onto a pig – AND THE PIG DIDN’T DIE, HE DIDN’T EVEN GET BRUISED! I could go on about similar incidents in Seasons. (big sigh – I’m better now, thanks for coming to my pity party – I all done) Prolly should’a posted before to get the magic. Now that I have my 3*’s, do I dare go back to try for a more acceptable score, or just take what sanity I have left and move on…
I like this level like golden egg 15. (Which is a lot.) Just keep trying!
53950 when my umteenth attempt at the walk through went awry. First white bird went off pretty much as instructed. Yellow bird knocked off the roof of the second house and continued through the third house. That left only the birds in the second house who were easily bombed by the last white bird, who also took out most everything else. Whew glad that’s over. It was my only win on that level. Sorry, there is no way I’m going through that again to try to get a video. lol
I got a score of 51k with some unusual results:
1. First bird bombs the usual, but somehow mine richocheted to the snow blocks holding up the first stone pillar, causing it to rid of lots of other snow blocks.
2. Second bird through the second house, by this time I got all the pigs killed except for the one in the far right.
3. Late as possible bombing at the third house.
@amslimfordy, minor detail but there a lot of comments on this page that belong on 1-20, plus a few comments on 1-20 that belong on 1-21. Don’t know if it’s worth fixing.

I’ve been struggeling with att strategy that only uses 2 birds but I haven’t succeded yet because the few times I place Mathilda exactly right, Murphy comes to visit and makes me screw up the shot with Chuck totally.
Anyway, what I’ve been trying to do is launch Mathilda in the exact right angle so she descends between the stone blocks and drop the bomb right before she hits the first snowblocks, smashing the wood construction the three pigs on the right and making so much damage as possible. Then after that, it’s just a simple launching of Chuck into the first wood construction and making as much damage as possible there too.
It’s very hard to get the perfect shot with Mathilda and those few times I’ve succeded in killing the three pigs there I have failed to shot Chuck into the remainings and killing the last pig, probably because I put to much pressure on myself.
Have any one succeded with this strategy and gotten over 50000 points? I think in theory I would have gotten something like that if I had succeded with my strategy
Hooray! I finally made it. Laying in bed before sleeping I thought I’d give it another try and I nailed it on the first attempt and scored 52120 by using only two birds. It works but pretty hard I think
free your minds – forget about the present!
first bird – low over the top of the first wooden structure. bomb as late as possible. cleared most of the snow blocks, knocked the first stone blocks rightward.
second bird – through remaining roof of first hut and then both pigs in the second hut. bit of luck with debris falling back down onto the leftmost pig.
third bird, lofted high and bombed just left of the second set of stone blocks. got rid of remaining snow causing stones to crush third hut and pig within.
score 49370 and present still intact.
level is much too annoying to waste any more time on!
