Our strategy for Mine and Dine level 16-10 is to fire the Blue bird head-on into the ice blocks in the middle of the level. Ideally, you want to leave a clear path for the next bomb, but our video is not so fortunate. Instead, we use the first White bird to clear as much debris as possible from the middle. With the next White bird, bomb the jewel in the bottom-left and ricochet into the wooden foot for that tower. What remains is a lobbing Yellow bird through the middle of the structure, just left of the horizontal stone block. The score in the video below is 98,260.

This was a tough one to get over 100k. You want to make sure that left most bird against the glass blocks is taken out with the first or second bird. Secondly, you need to have a minimum score of 55k after the third bird. Otherwise, it was pretty much like the video.
I did 70.300 with 2 birds
I did this a little different. First bird into glass making sure the wall fell over. Should have around 25000 to keep going. Second bird short hop on purple ice and into front blocks. Third and fourth cleaning up the rest.
I used the first bird to break the glass roof, then used the second to bomb the area where the 3rd pig to the right was, Bombing as late as possible. Use any other bird for clean-up.
Ok,diff strat. Fire blue into wooden structure in front splitting at last min. Make sure all wood falls killing first 2 pigs a crushing purple gem,should have around 17k. Next throw bomber low down towards bottom 2 stones that are now exposed,bomb just before them,this should fling him upwards into glass causing quite a bit of damage. Next bomber exactly the same basically destroying as much as poss. I finished at 109,510 with the 3 birds left but also got pretty close to that score using yellow to clear up any leftovers.
