Our strategy is to simply toss the sardine can to land atop the first tower in the top-left. Very slowly, there should be massive destruction, and the feather threshold here is quite low.

Went from left to right with the White Birds:
1. First WB drops the egg on the two awnings on left and shell takes out the upper structure where the bunch of bananas are sitting
2. Second WB drops the egg right on or just to the right of the two wood boxes next to the box with fruit in it. The shell takes out the stairs and most of the lower level platform.
3. Third WB drops the egg just a bit more to the right to hit the tnt and the shell takes out the remains of the upper structure.
Land the Sardine Can in the middle of any remaining debris on the bottom level.

High arc the Sardine Can and have it land on the stone steps to the right of the left structure on stone wheels.
