Use Big Brother to break up debris on the left side, and fling the sardine can to settle along the left side of the rubble. The damage threshold is a bit high here, but a few tries should get you there.

Land the Sardine Can into the bottom wood wheel and then it slowly drops to the patch of slanted grass below.
