Fling the Red bird into the stone peak of the tallest tower, then use a few more birds to do some extra damage on the left side. Land the Sardine Can on the leftmost platform to match the slope of right half of the level.

Launch the Sardine Can into the three stone pillars, it bounces and takes out the green pig just below the pillars.
Red to take out gold wrenches to the right
Chuck through the pig beside moustache pig
Red to the top stone and the next one to the leftmost pig
ME to the juncture where the TNT is.
