One strategy for Under Dwell Level 11, Like Clockwork, is to cut the rope holding the chest, and wait for the wheels to take it to the middle platform on the left. Then cut the rope holding the first platform, so that the boulder rolls down. Finally, simultaneously cut the rope holding Viking and the rope above the bottom platform.
