One strategy for Trick or Treat level 2-5 is to fire the Yellow bird into the leftmost wooden square. It won’t do much, but it helps. Repeat the shot, going through the next two wooden squares. Perhaps the most important part of this shot is to pop the piglet on the ground on the left side. One more Yellow bird into the remaining pig, and we’re done. The score in the video below is 103,750.
If you have a different strategy feel free to leave a comment below; however, don't just post your score via the comments, as that's what the leaderboards are for.

This is impossible for me, I have 3 stars in all the others, but I can“t with this one
What’s with the dance music? Very distracting and hard to concentrate.
First, please no cussing on this site.
As for the dance music, it seems festive to me. Personally, I usually play the game on mute, so that’s always an option.
Impossible. Surely there’s a better way.
havin a very hard time w this level! Can anyone contribute something helpful? thanks
Just keep hitting the same spot, sometime a ‘tad’ higher or lower starting out like the video.. I got 102,130 on my 5th try!
I had a hard time with this level, but finally I got 102090. I found it was a little easier if I just arched the birds the very slightest bit more than the video. Maybe because my phone is slower, but this seems to work better. Just keep at it. It seems to take a while, but you get the hang of aiming the birds and pretty soon, you get 3 stars.
103,830 just start off with how the video did it … it takes tries theres really no easy way .. i ended up with one bird left
i hate these levels where it is always determined by some lucky shot
The dance music wasn’t festive, it’s distracting, as is mute. and swearing should be a personal choice as long as it isn’t directed at an individual. And clearly, there was a good bit of luck involved with this posted “solution.”
Since children visit this site, no, cussing is not permitted in any way. Sure, there is some luck in the solution, but it’s still a good strategy — even if you don’t match it shot-for-shot.
I use the same method as per video but I also made sure that I score close enough for my first & second birds as per the video. The most crucial one (after about 200+ try – I’m just guessing because it does feel like 200 times! :( ) and of course few cuss words here & there, i found that the Third bird holds the key ‘Always Hit the Bottom part for this Bird!” it will destroy that last pig, saving your last bird. 104210 wooohoo!! I want to try to get more than 105K but just not now… tired of it. Mind you, i have played & try to beat my own score twice before this & this is my third time. :)
I always try to do my best before coming to these walkthroughs, and the best I could get on my own was just under 103k, only achieving three stars about every 50th try. I was sending my first bird in through the first vertical piece of wood (not part of a box structure) in the main tower because that got the best penetration. I came close to doing it with two birds a couple of times, but that far right one on the ground always survived. I then tried this method, but aiming a little higher as sunbicook had suggested above. I’m not sure just where I hit, and I haven’t been able to repeat it (though I’ve gotten close), but the second bird caused everything to collapse resulting in a score of 116,100! I think that the highest stone square on the right fell over to the right and got the straggler.
I’ve had a high score on ABo and one on Rio in the past, but they didn’t last. This is the kind of score that could may, and one that I might very well challenge, so I’m sending a screen shot to AMslimfordy. I’ve also managed a 4th and 7th place in Trick or Treat, so there’s just something about these levels that fits my style of play.
I couldn’t find Slim’s email address in the comments, but I found a post by Bird Leader about using Photobucket to post the screenshot, so that’s what I’ve done:

It’s not showing up as a clickable link yet, but I hope that it will when I post this comment.
My email is relatively straightforward. AMslimfordy [at] AngryBirdsNest
Well done, by the way.
Thank you. I really had trouble believing my own score when I saw it. The screen shot is a little dark, but maybe it will give someone the clue they need to beat me.
Thanks for the helpful tips..@snoid :) I was going crazy before I looked here I was aiming for that vertical plank also, seems like the sweet spot but I found your method of following above and aiming a little bit higher helped a lot :) great score, congrats on holding #1!!
THX!! 111070 and the TT addict badge!

Anyways, how many times you have to try to got 3 stars?
3 stars are determined by your score, not the number of times you played it. You could find the minimum required score for 3 stars in the gold bar below the video. For example, this level’s 3 star min. is 100k.
Finally! 3 stars on this level after being on 99890 for ages! I found hitting the boundary between the wood block and the glass block below it caused the required damage to aim in to get that last piggie! :)
There seems to be at least two ways to obtain an above average score for this level:
1. The ABN video above yielded 104-106k+ in scores. It takes a number of tries to get the three birds to hit in the right spots and the debris to fall in the player’s favor.
2. Second technique is to go a little higher than the video and yielded results in the 104K+ range.
2.1 Yellow Bird straight into the vertical single wood plank and it should cause the right side of the structure to collapse.
2.2 Yellow Bird straight into the vertical stone plank to knock it out of the way and clear the path to get the far right pig. It the little stone plank fell, then aim the bird in that area and one may have a chance of getting the right pig on the second bird.
2.3 Yellow Bird into the remaining wood and glass hollow blocks on the right to get the last pig. Depending on the debris fall the aiming of this YB will vary from near the bottom to coming through the top of the stack of blocks.
The key seems to be getting the hollow stone blocks to fall and destroy as much wood and glass as possible.
OMG This was a really really hard level!! That first shot if you hit the board above the hollow box and down low it will penetrate way further and clear the way for the next birds! After that its all luck!!
3* are rather easy. Try to open a piramide aiming place with single wooden wall – well seen at front. Frequently this hit will case nice collapse. Next I was aiming below concrete plank – to avoid it. Other then @wrw01 wrote – but he’s bit higher at score). 3rd YB cleared situation. My way was: 100, 103, 104.5K.
I shot the birds exactly the same as the video on top and before I started recording my vids in 2011 I got a score of 109k this way. Unfortunately I never got the same result while recording the shots, but I do have a video of 105k
Just make sure the first yellow bird hits the second wooden open block at least once to weaken it. This way the second bird can go thru and make the structure collaps on it’s own.
Here is old my video of the 105k shots.
Do exactly as written, and send the first two birds on the identical trajectory, to the same spot. The third bird should be sent a tad higher. I got 105010.
that pesky little piggie on the bottom right has got me going crazy.
