Ever been curious about where your fellow flingers reside? Well, the ABN members map–with sortable table–can help.
Disclaimer: no personal data is revealed on the map and should NOT be provided. This is meant for fun and locations are approximate.
Please do not bookmark the map or table — Links are different each time the map is updated, and old versions are periodically deleted. So if you bookmark the link, it will be old and periodically disappear.
• Current Map (revised 8 pm PDT 10/31/14)
Hint, click on pin to see who is there.
• Table of People Listed on the Map
To find someone on the map, follow this procedure:
Use filter on member Name, etc.; can specify = , or starts with, type in name or part of name.
Should work. Let me know if it doesn’t.
This used to be a sortable table, but Google Fusion tables no longer sorts correctly.
Wait a sec?! You’re not on the map?! Well, never fear. If you want to be listed on the map, please supply:
• Nickname (if different from username)
• State / Region
• City (optional, DO NOT provide if you are under 21)
Please use @mvnla2 in your post
Don’t forget, you can also add your country and U.S. state (if applicable) to your ABN profile! To do so, go to the dropdown menu from your username in the top-right corner of the site, then select Edit Profile > Personal Info.
WHAT NOT TO DO
• Do not list city if you are under 21, and please do not list your age
• Do not supply Zip code
• Do not share personally identifiable info
small red dots: Angry Birds fans
small green dots: Bad Piggies fans
Large green pins: Pigineering members
small yellow dots: AB celebrities (including several AB Activity Parks and Piggie Island)
Large purple pins: Several people in almost the same location
Although this is the complete Google map of the world, your location remains approximate, so others can’t figure out exactly where you live (see disclaimer above). In the case of two people with the same location, we arbitrarily assign a more specific location to break the duplication. These arbitrary details are not displayed on the map or table (and aren’t correct, in any case).
Hi fellow members. Im a newbie and need all the help I can get so if you got any hints or tips on anything plz fill me in. Cheers
@bada — Welcome to the ABN Members’ Map Group. If you would like to have your own dot on the map, please post the information requested above in this group.
This is not the best place to ask for help (might be close to the worst?).

@fishonladyluck — Welcome to the Members’ Map group! If you want to be on the map, please post the info requested in this group.
@MVNLA2 Thank you for the welcome . I am located in Lincoln City, Oregon.
@Butters — Welcome to the Members’ Map group! If you want to be on the map, please post the info requested in this group.
I’m currently in Chula Vista,California.
@aryamoitra — Welcome to the Members’ Map Group. I got an e-mail telling me that you left a public message saying where you lived. However, the rules for being on the map are that you must post the information in this group. The request to @mention me in your post in this group is because I don’t automatically get notified about activity in this…[Read more]
@aryamoitra — Are you in UTC + 5:30 time zone? Your dot on the map will end up in the center of West Bengal, assuming there isn’t another dot there.
Sorry, that was a mistake… and thank you for adding me in the map.
@aryamoitra — Sorry — You have to post your location in this group before I can put you on the map.
The reason is that this group is a permanent record of what people requested. You can change the info on your profile page any time.
You will not be added to the map until you post your location in this group. Sorry
Perhaps using Google translate on my message might help.
@mvnla2 , I am from India in West Bengal
@aryamoitra — Welcome to the map! Yes, you will definitely be on the map and in the table after the next update. I will try to do the update later this week. It take a while to make the update, so I don’t do them every time someone joins.
@mvnla2 , can I enter in the Map and the Table of People Listed on the Map now ?
@mvnla2 when ur back from your holidays. can you check pls if im on the map?
/@joeyba — You’re not on the map. Possibly you joined the group but didn’t ask to be put on the map. You need to post the info requested above in this group.
If I missed you, or you somehow got deleted (gaah! I don’t think this has happened before), please tell me your location again.
@comex666– Sorry if you’re not on the map! I’m on vacation right now and won’t be able to investigate until next week.
@comex666 Actually was able to pull up map, and you’re on it. You need to use the link above, not a previously bookmarked link. There are new links every time I update the map and table.
thx, i see me on map. many thanks
@ABetterToo — No need to apologize, it took me a while to figure out what was going on when I tried to sort, and all I got were blanks. FYI, this used to be in the old forum, which is probably where you joined. It was moved to groups quite a while ago, and I think it was really a good move.
I feel shame @mvnla2 :). I thought I had done this before, but since I had just joined the group figured it must be something new. I did open the table, but didn’t scroll down far enough. I did sort country ascending, but then got blanks. No more evening posts for me apparently my brain rots out after 9 p.m.
Hi! @ABeggerToo — I thought you were on the map and you are; have been for a long time. Maybe I should check the map itself and not just the master table.
Yep, you’re definitely there.
Thanks @mvnla2. I had thought I was there, but couldn’t find myself in the database or access the map on my iPad. Next time I’ll use a PC. Are you having/did you have a nice vacation?
@ABeggerToo — I can understand not being able to open the map, but don’t know why you can’t find yourself in the table. Strange. When I open it you are on the first page. If you read directions above, last time I really checked, Google Fusion tables was not sorting correctly; thus the complicated instructions. However, since you are on the first…[Read more]
