When being throttled, it's almost laughable.

Some days one can do no wrong, and some days one can do no right. I just love it on the days when I’m being throttled. The birds move in slow motion and are totally ineffective.

The DC and KPG are the most obvious place to see this in action. Well I guess it’s because we need black pearls to get the Fancy hats, and without wasting all your time battling bots and cheaters in the Arena, and being deceived into blowing all your gems in the ToF, this is the only other way to collect them.
