Unsubscribing From Threads

I get a notice at the bottom of my emails from topics I have read and written to that says, “Login and visit the topic to unsubscribe from these emails.” I have done this but cannot find any way to unsubscribe. I have also checked the “Notify me of follow-up replies via emails” to no avail.
Where or what am I missing here?
Any help would be very appreciated.

@chutybutyful When you visit a topic like this one there should be two buttons that allow you Subscribe / Unsubscribe and Favorite / Unfavorite. They are green if you are not subscribed and red if you are. They appear on the first page below the main topic. Do you see them on the topics you are subscribed to? If so, just click the red “Unsubscribe” button and you’ll no longer receive emails.
