Choosing 3 from 7, where repeats are allowed but order does not matter, there are 84 combinations.

There are 7 different materials to use, so if the order is important there will be 210 different combinations to try. I would assume this is the case as Rovio will be trying to make us use more materials so that we play more and therefore purchase gems and/or watch ads.

We are 99% certain order does NOT matter. All 48 EnergonIcons have been obtained without regards to order. We are in the process of documentong all recipes & outcomes. We would love to have help! The effort is being coordinated at the FB group page ABTDP and then the results will be posted here. The reason is, it is way easier to post on FB and keep up with posts there, especially while mobile.

I just did your combination in the order that you wrote and produced #36 Fast Fire with 2 stars

Very interesting that the same combo of items can produce different Energonicons

Inputted your items as you wrote and produced 2 out of 3 different results:
1. Produced #18 P-Shooter with 1 star
2. Produced only coins, crystals and stuff, no Energonicons
3. Produced #20 Bubblebot with 2 stars

Again another set of different results. I cannot explain it and will have to wait for another who is smarter than I to try to provide some logic to the required combinations for obtaining the the Energonicons

Hi 20Q,
I am not sure I understand your post above with the 3AC=1SR.
Could you provide some clarification if it is a typo?

I assume that if I use 3AC it will get 1SR and not a Energonicons. If that is correct please advise and I will not input 3AC into the Prof’s machine.

Used the same 3 Angry Chips and the result was #29 Stormblast with 2 stars. This one is located on the second page, bottom row, second from the right side.

Not sure where Fulgurotron is located. May be a typo on the #.

1 super rarium + 2 angerchips = snipernaut

Inputted the items as written, in the same order, and the professor gave me coins and angerchips with no Energonicons.

The logic of the combinations to obtain the Energs evades me. Very interesting to say the least.

No there is no error, with me is #29 well Fulgurotron.
Maybe a difference of name between the French version and the English version.

Inputted the same as you stated above, in the same order and produced the following:

2SR+1AC = #41 Glassor-3 stars (same as your results) plus another Energonicon that looked like a space ship with an oversized cockpit.

2SR+1BP = #7 Ghostbot-3 stars (different from your results) plus another that looked like P-Shooter but I do not think it was because of what I could view of the color on that small screen in the Profs dome.

Is the only way to see what Energonicons you have is to click on the magnifying glass when you select a TF to play a node?
Quite often I have all TFs in nodes either on missions or upgrading which it makes it difficult to see the result of a successful lab combo….. maybe there can be an icon in the lab at a future date @rumblebee ?
I also notice that sometimes when selecting an Energonicon some of them in the selection area are duller than others even though I have used them in previous nodes, has anyone also noticed this?

Yes you are absolutely correct. Translations never entered my mind. That just makes it more interesting to solve this puzzle.

This is fun in finding the final results. Not sure there will be definitive combinations that produce the same outcomes in the Prof’s machine but it is a great journey finding the solutions.

Thank you for the post. I inputted the items you stated in the same order and was able to repeat your results with the same Energonicons for the first two you posted. The third I already obtained with 3 SRs like you stated.

My results:
#31 Energyblast with 1 stars = BP+DG+PI
#34 Stonecutter with 2 stars = 3 BP

That is the only way I have been able to view the four pages of Energonicons: click on an unblocked TF character, then the arrow button that takes one to the horizontal line up of Energonicons. Then click on the magnifying glass as you stated for the four page list of characters.

I found that the duller ones in the horizontal lineup need clicked on to activate them for the TF character to use in play.

Sorry I am missing 16 of the combinations but my FB group is working on filling in those holes!! Happy hunting. And may I suggest getting #41 Glassor if you’re having doubts about the value of Energonicons. :)

You’ll notice some combinations actually yield 2 ICONS, the 2 SR + 1 AC gets you both Healthpack a 3 star and Glassor a 5 star.
