iPad Air – epic stuck on "loading balancing

hi guys,

Will really appreciate help here, it’s for my eight year old son who is currently devastated :-/

He is addicted to epic on our iPad Air, and now it’s stuck on the ” loading balancing” title and will not start

So two questions here:
1. Is there a solution? Is there anything I can do to make the game start?

2. If there is no solution, and I have to delete and download the game,
is there a way I can save his accomplishments ?The thought of losing them made him stay awake worrying all night….

Have you tried to reboot the device? Sometimes as simple as that might help.

Does your son has a Rovio account and was he logged in to that in the game? If that is the case the game is synchronized to Rovio servers and makes back-ups of his progress.

If you have a slow internet connection, it can take over 20 minutes for that to complete the first time you see it. Try restarting and being patient when it gets to that screen and if it is still stuck after 30 minutes either delete/reload the game or contact Rovio.
