How do you evolve gear?

I can’t figure out how to evolve my sniper cannon can someone help?

Is your sniper maxed? If so, you need another similar sniper to evolve it to the next tier.

First, your weapon’s troop (for example : bhurt = cannon) must be leveled up almost 8 or 9 (depends on the troop)
To unlock the talent called “tier 2” shaped like a triangle with “II” inside.
Unlocking this talent makes your weapon (of the following troop) to evolve.
There is also a talent called “tier 3” , making your weapon continue to evolve after maxing out tier 2
(To be honest, I haven’t done it before, so I might be wrong)

I tested this out and your right but you have to have a copy of the weapon (doesn’t have to be upgraded) and then you can evolve
