I was selling a ship item I didn’t need and the game froze up, forcing me to reload. However, while I could load the title page without problem, if I tried to load my progress by pressing the “play” button, the game would crash. Because when you sell a ship item, the corresponding item slot becomes blank and you need to tap the item you want equipped to fill the slot, I think that is what’s causing the crashing. The easy way out is to reinstall, but I don’t want to lose my progress. I’m planning on submitting a request to Rovio at support.rovio.com, but I never made one before, so can anyone tell me what I should include in it (besides explaning my issue)? Some examples or other tips would be really appreciated!
