So, for about 2 weeks now I am totally unable to receive anything from the chests that require you to watch a trailer of a new game. As soon as the trailer is finished it goes to a white screen and that is the end of the game until I shut my iPad off and turn it back on again. I am losing out on all goodies that those chests contain. Can someone advise me as to fixing this or is there a fix in progress? Is anyone else having the same issue?
