Best way to generate gems?

So far I discovered that in the lab,using:
2SR 1DG = 35 gems
1DG 2BP = 3 SR
is this the best combination to keep getting gems and filling my SR or someone has a better solution?

For me, the best way generating gems would be 1AC + 2 SR. As for 3SR, I would choose 1AC+1BP+1SR.
