ABF/Adobe Flash/Firefox memory usage

So I got a popup today that adobe flash had an available update, which in itself was a neat trick because I use an internet switch for security, so my PC wasn’t connected to the internet at the time, hadn’t been for about 7 hours. As I usually do, I closed the update notice and went download the update myself from the vendor’s site, another security measure. I restarted my browser, kicked off ABF, and Adobe Flash mem usage jumped to half a gb. I stopped ABF, tried it again, same thing. Anyone else seeing increased memory usage w. ABF/Adobe Flash/Firefox?

No I’m seeing approx same mem usage since latest Flash update. I disabled auto updates and check myself. My security is pretty tight but you just cant trust anyone these days its freakin sad…
