Bad Piggies When Pigs Fly Bonus Level 3-I (3-1) can be 3-starred in two steps. To obtain one box, go through the middle path with the fan in front and bellow behind. For the other, remove the back wheel and follow the top path. You will need to pop a balloon once you’re up there.

It is impossible to score the second star with the configuration shown in the video (at least on PC version). There isn’t enough weight or bellows boost to keep balloons from popping on overhead rocks when approaching uppermost level.
Solution: Remove the fan (it’s not needed), and add the rear wheel. You will still need to pump bellows vigorously, with accurate timing. One balloon might pop just before TNT gap, but that will still leave you with enough lift to get past it.
