This video shows you how to get the skull that is hidden in Bad Piggies Ground Hog Day Bonus Level 1-VII. If you zoom out a bit, you’ll see a skull to the right, on the side of the mountain. Build a contraption using the umbrella and soda bottles. Launch your contraption high, above the mountain by triggering the gas bottles. Then quickly open the umbrella so that the contraption glides towards the skull.

You can clip some of the structure if you land short and roll over the edge of the cliff, as long as the left wheel hits the right edge of the skull. Three tries to get this one. :)

Just a TNT block and on its right a wood block with the piggie above, all that at ground level and it William do the job, just blow the TNT and the pig will fly directly to the skull, just find the right place in the ground, its the simpliest way :D
I like polo’s but want to add one more which might be more beneficial to those who prefer a timing on a slow lean. Have a reverse L shape box contraption with three wooden boxes stacked, one square short of the rightmost square of the construction area. Put a box just to the left of the stack of boxes to form the reverse L. The TNT goes in the center box of the stack and the pig goes in the top box. The structure will slowly fall to the right, pivotingon the corner of the stack’s bottom box and you must detonate the TNT at the right point to send piggiepig to the skull.
